I have been having bad eczema on my entire back for 4 years. They come and go. My dermatologist recommended me to go see Dr. Bassett. I made appointment with Dr. Bassett office. When I got there, the waiting time was about 40 minutes. Dr. Bassett only spent 10 mins with me to tell me I should try the food allergy test and skin patch test. I am allergic to lanolin, which my dermatologist diagnosed. I came Dr. Ujwala Kaza to learn more about my allergy hoping to get the right prescription. During the consultation Dr. Kaza asked me to tell her everything about what the dermatologist told me, which I did. At the end of the visit, she repeated everything I said and to keep following the dermatologist's directions, I learned nothing. I wound up at this office through a specialist referral from my university health center when I was attending graduate school. I asked the office and the doctors religiously if the tests were covered by my insurance and if they were necessary- I asked that any non-essential tests not be performed, so that I would not wind up with a huge additional fee.
