Just a follow up. If you do PURCHASE PRODUCTS from this location there is NO REFUND policy. You only get office credit back for future procedures. Lesson learned on this place.

This place is interested in your money, not you. Find another so-so doctor, or find an office that is better qualified.

I came to see Dr. C after a friend recommended her. I wanted to get a bit of Botox and clear up some brown age/sun spots. I made an appointment, but could not get in for 2 months! WTH! Regrettably, I kept the appointment due to the recommendation from my friend that Dr. C was amazing. Dr. C's office is in a huge medical plaza. A bit difficult for an old lady like me to find. An update from October 2012: I'm all for capitalism, and I think med competition is great. I just need to take advantage of it ... I have to admit that the capitalist push at Dr. C's is disconcerting. You go in to have a suspicious mole looked at. She comes in, relieves your mind by telling you it's not cancer. Then she sends in someone to try and upsell you on a cream to reduce redness ... when asked if this is a prescription, the "helper" says it's not - it's Dr. C's own formulation @ $75 a pop. It will take 3 months to see a Doctor. The staff completely runs this place. You look forward to going to see a Doctor but you will get stuck with seeing all the assistants. If your going to spend money on your skin go to Skinetics. They are much more professional and appreciate the customers they have. You will not be treated rudely.

I have been going here off and on for the past year and there are some great services and products they provide here! Although . . .the customer service sucks so bad I mean does the doctor have too much on her plate to not be able to oversee her staff?! For example I was going to solvina for my acne scarring and back chemical peels and then the doctor occasionally for the medication. This place is horrible! It's been over 8 months since I went it there for treatment and now I'm getting billed for a bunch of crap they're making up. This place is about to go out of business (as it should). All of the good employees they once had NO LONGER work there. It's no wonder why. Their customer service has gone down hill, too. Just had a Thermage with Jaclyn at Premiere Dermatology. Explained everything that was going to happen, made me feel totally comfortable with the procedure. Just a great experience, saw some results right away, am looking forward to long term results. Have seen Dr. Cobos for injections and will be getting a Fraxel in the future. Dr. Cobos and her staff are great. Can't say enough good things about this office.
