My husband saw Dr. Cobos first a few years ago at another location. I saw one of her staff a couple of years ago to have a mole removed. (The mole removal was okay, but not happy about the spot afterwards). Two weeks ago I made an appointment for a mole that is changing color. They canceled that appointment hours before I was to come in. ( I didn't get the message) I returned yesterday for the appointment. This is the first time I've ever written a review. I decided to write this one because I've been so upset since I saw this doctor. I don't want anyone else to have a bad experience like I had. Do not go to this doctor. She is terrible. They are all about the $$$. I went to this doctor for the first time in April 2014. I got her name off of my health insurance website. Let me start by saying that I am not related to the owner (or any employee) of Premiere Derm, or friends with any of the employees outside of my interactions with them at the center. I understand that very good reviews can sometimes be suspicious, but I am sincerely just a pleased customer! I had a laser procedure performed there earlier today... and yes, it was painful. This review is for Keiren. It is difficult to express exactly what Keiren has done for me this past year. Let me start at the beginning... I have had acne ever since I can remember. I have been to multiple dermatologists, taken prescription medications (which always gave me side effects, so I discontinued), used every different type of skin system from "low end" to "high end" (out of sheer desperation) and have even tried holistic methods. So glad I have found this office. The staff is amazing. They consistently give me exactly what I want every time I come in and don't try to upsell me. They educate me on the products and procedures that are best for my skin. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my skincare and cosmetic needs. It's a one stop shop!

I had a great experience here! I honestly don't understand many of the bad reviews. I've seen Dr. Cobos several times as well as her PA Erin for my skin exams. I have a history of skin cancer and they always do a head to toe thorough exam. They've found 2 skin cancers I didn't even know were there. They take the time to answer my questions and reassure me if I'm concerned about something new. I also recently had a facial with their new aesthetician! She's a wealth of knowledge and gave me a great skin care regimen to follow... read more

I've been coming here for skin cancer prevention checkups. The first time was rough, I'm not used to scheduling doctor appointments months in advance. They are popular. I can now see why. Good doctor and very professional. Pricey, but hey, which doctors aren't?

The doctor is awesome, she can do miracles I am not kidding. My face and skin has transformed since I have been to her. I have burn scars and if she can do things to make my scar look smoother than she can help anyone. The staff is professional and friendly. I have gone to the office many times and found nothing but caring, professional and experience doctor and staff. I would say she is a hard gem to find, but once you find her just keep her.

I finally found a dermatologist that I'm comfortable with. I saw Erin, the P.A.,who did a full body check for skin cancer. She had to "freeze" some pre cancerous spots and told me exactly what to expect before she did the procedure. She answered any questions I had and took her time, no rush job. The rest of the staff were very nice as well.
