Furious! .. waited 25 min for appt . Then the dr. Tells me she doesn't have the machine at this location when I specifically requested it .. she then says the other machine she has will treat just as well and will be back to numb the area ,, 10 min later her assistant comes in to tell me she's too busy and I will have to reschedule, I said she just said she will be in to do it. .. completely unacceptable. And what they were going to charge was outrageous! If I could rate a zero I would ..

David Goldberg is one of the biggest a$$ haul I ever came across in mylife.. i went there for a checkup of a wart which he barely looking at it for 2 seconds and decided it to be an STD when it was just a rash.. Thank god I went for a second opinion and got it treated.. never seen such a business and money oriented Doctor.. he doesn't give a fu(k about his patients.. stay away from this loser who doesn't care about people's life.. almost got me to get divorced..
My first experience there was positive but it seems like the doctors constantly change. Just went last week, the doctor seemed fine and called in a prescription to the pharmacy that I use, plus some over the counter cream. It was a Saturday and when I went to pick up the prescription they told me it was never received. Tried calling the office but it was closed by then and I was unable to leave a message - strange for a doctor's office. I had to wait until Monday to call again. My first few appointments were with Dr. Jennifer Chwalek. She was wonderful - attentive and excellent care. She left the practice (relocated to another practice in NYC). After that, I seldom saw the same doctor twice. A rotating cast of MDs. No continuity of care.
They don't have a clue about hair removal 400.00 each time you go. 1ST they tell me 5 to 6 visits. I went 11 times. remember 11 times. I seen 4 Different Doctors. After the last visit I waited to go back 2 months. All the hair grow back. Never again will I ever step back into the door of this place. I called about this. I needed to make another appointment so they could look at it. 50.00 and it would be 400.00 each time I went back.
I would not recommend this practice to my family or friends. I have no problem with the doctors or the staff. The reason I wouldn't recommend SLSS is because I always have to wait over an hour to be seen by the practitioner. Honestly, my time is too valuable to be wasted this way. I suspect the practitioners are routinely over scheduled. Another thing that bothers me is that the doctors will not see children. Awful customer service. I had to call several times to get an answer regarding a prescription. I spoke with a patient concierge who told me the doctor is too busy to call every patient back (never mind she had changed my prescription and couldn't let me know what it was/where to get it/when I could expect it. I canceled my follow up because I will never return.
The customer service is incapable of even making an appointment with the doctor, Dr. Ciocon, I specified I wanted to see. They scheduled an appointment and were supposed to send me the patient forms prior to the visit. That never happened. I arrived ahead of time to fill out the forms and then was taken into the office by someone I thought was a nurse. When I got into the examining room, she said "So, you are here for a body check." The customer service here is atrocious. I went there for a one-time visit, and not only did the symptoms return a week later, but I received 4 invoices from them over the past year with about a dozen of additional unfamiliar services. They failed to return all of my calls inquiring what the invoices were for. Nevertheless, they did a great job calling from their collections department asking me to pay the balance. Ridiculous. Unless you want to get frustrated, I would NOT recommend these specialists.
