The office manager in their Hillsborough location is incompetent. They billed my insurance company for an office visit that didn't get past going over my medical history. The practice is a money pit where they try and sell you procedures that aren't covered under a typical insurance policy. The procedures that are covered they wont submit either so you end up paying out of pocket. Ridiculous! They also commit insurance fraud by billing a level 3 30min visit when the provider is only in the room for no more the 2.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Lolis is extremely unprofessional and money hungry. I had the first appointment of the day and she proceeded to make me wait an hour while she attended to her Botox patients. When I confronted her about it it was as if I wasn't worth her time. We all know Drs don't have the best bed side but when you are dealing with skin cancer the puffiness of another woman's face should not take presidency.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. I saw Jennifer Chwalek who didn't even explain the condition that I had, much less tell me what it was. Then, I needed a refill on my prescription that had to be approved by her and after multiple phone calls, messages, and speaking with different receptionists over a period of 2 weeks, the doctor still did not call me back. Very unprofessional.
