Place is not very profesional, rundown and old. There are much nicer, more professional staff at other places. I wouldn't recommend this place or doctor. Treatment is ineffective and they also charged me 30$ for soap you could buy with the same ingredients on Amazon for less than half that.

Underneath his huge ego is a very knowledgeable dermatologist. He can be curt and doesn't take time to listen or for conversation. He can be extremely dismissive and rude if you question his diagnosis or treatment. But if you go in knowing he thinks a lot of himself and can get past that, you will find he is skilled and experienced.

Would recommend that you completely avoid CSI Los Altos. They never answer the phone or get back to you when you leave a message. They even utilize a fancy, real human, answering service for the weekend who takes down all your info and lets you know that they will call back. It's all a complete waste of money because THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!! I've called them 4 times trying to schedule/reschedule an appointment for my daughter. I'm so surprised he has 3 stars. One of the best and humble doctors I have ever met. He was so patient with my husband and me. He was so patient with us in understanding our issue, performing the test and diagnosing the case correctly. We had gone to a different doctor 3 weeks back and he had given us a wrong diagnoses so we came to Dr.Todd for a second opinion. He's the most amazing doctor I have ever met. We will come to him for any skin related issues from now on .. no matter what.

Impossible to get a hold of the billing department. The phone rings forever only to ask you to leave a message eventually. They never call back. They have a billing error for me which I cannot resolve online and needs someone to look into. Terrible

Terrible service. I scheduled for an appointment at 9:50 as a new patient. No one at the front desk told me to be there early for 20 minutes. I did run 8 minutes late so I called in to see if that's ok. They asked me to come in as long as I'm willing to wait for 15 mins. When I drove 30 mins to their office and the front desk told me the doctor can't see me because I was 15 mins late as I pulled aside the road waiting for them to call back! This is a terrible experience for patients and pls don't come to their office!

I feel necessary to explain what happened to me... went in for an appointment over a year ago for growth on my arm and was repeatedly offered "Free full body exam" where one needs to take all clothes off except underwear which I refused... at one point mr anholt asked me if I could promise that I would agree to him performing this exam the next time I come in... needless to say I am never going there again and have since contacted the other location about this incident

I went to Dr. Anhalt for botox on my forehead. He gave me 30 units and charged me $625. I asked what he charged per unit and the gal said they don't charge by unit .. they charge by area. That is ridiculous.

Doctor told inappropriate jokes in the treatment room; aggressively tried to sell me products out of his office; and billed my insurer for an appointment I did not attend, 6 months after I cancelled the patient relationship in writing and called to confirm (!). Avoid!
