The front office staff is welcoming and friendly, but Dr Beckett was abrupt and kind of rude. She came in and didn't even introduce herself. She just started talking about what I was there for. When she was done she shoved a paper in my face without saying one word and I had to ask, "what am I looking at?" I am returning for a follow up visit, but I was turned off and probably won't return for anything else.
First , I am a middle age man , and don't like going to doctors, i saw Dr Zurada today, she is really awesome , from the second I met her , I felt comfortable. She is very caring , and listens to your concerns. We discussed my psoriasis condition. And came up with a plan that I am comfortable with. She is not pushy at all. Everyone in her office was very friendly. Wish all doctors were like her !!!
I was disappointed in the dermatologist that I saw last year so I decided to try Dr. Zurada. I went to see her for a rash that I thought might be poison ivy. She was very friendly and took her time listening to my concerns and explaining how we should proceed with treatment. About four days later, on a Wednesday, the rash got much worse, to the point where almost every part of my body was broken out into a rash or multiple raised blisters. Office is clean and modern looking. There is plenty of free private parking below and around the building. Dr. Beckett is professional and knowledgeable. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions. My only gripe is that I had a 10:25 AM appointment. However, I did not get to see her until exactly 11:40 AM. Maybe this was just a bad day. This was a wonderful experience! The entire staff was very attentive..Dr.Sperling was our doctor she was very professional and did not rush like our last doctor who just wrote a script and sent us on our way ... I highly recommend this office you wont be disappointed! They are very professional and what the Dr, told us to do is working beautiful for my son's skin condition. I highly recommend!
I was looking for a dermatologist near where I work and came across Dr. Marieanne Giardina-Beckett on the U.S. News Top Doctors list. The supporting staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Often times, I come across medical office staff from other doctors that can be nasty or unpleasant to deal with, but that couldn't be further the case here. This is a business first, that pressures you into multiple unnecessary visits so they can make more money. This is not a doctor you can trust. I would have left zero stars, but am forced to leave at least one. Was hoping to see a doctor, but instead ASSIGNED a medical assistant who proceeded to butcher my face. I am left with a permanent scar that was totally unnecessary. horrible customer service. after making me wait a half hour after my scheduled appointment time, with no communication as to why things were running late, they got upset with my line of questioning and accused me of yelling and lying about my appointment time.
