I'm with Alexandra T. on here! I saw Paul Tumeh for a skin check and found that he was professional and was quite thorough. He explained his reasoning for everything that he was doing/prescribing, which I found to be helpful and calming. And procedures here are quick and professional. Also, the women at the front desk were super nice and there was just a few minutes' wait time! Highly recommend Dr. Tumeh! They don't seem to care about their patients. Dr. Emma Taylor took three minutes to look over my skin condition, gave me a prescription that wasn't covered by any insurance (spent $255) and never returned my calls for a follow up appointment. I went to see another dermatologist shortly after since my skin issue wasn't clearing and had the total opposite experience at sfskin.com. Happy to say that my face is now clearing up! Don't waste your time with these doctors.
"Is it rude to ask the receptionist if I can wait outside and have her call me in when the dermatologist is ready?" i thought as I sat in a room temperature version of hell at the california skin institute. after spending my fiften minutes in the waiting room pretending to listen to music to dodge the extremely innapropriate old man harassing me (aka "pretty lil lady" to him) I had to then listen to the assistant tell me about every detail of his familys very personal emergency. 30 mins in and things had gotten more uncomfor... read more
Can't say that I agree with the previous reviews, even though my visit here was more for a medical reason than cosmetic. I've been met with professionalism both the times that I've been here and have left very happy with their service and great knowledge. Paul was my doctor. Highly recommend!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst service and most unprofessional office/doctor I have ever dealt with in the US and non-US clinics. Customer Service is obviously not important to this clinic and the website for the clinic makes it impossible to find someone to speak to and/or email complaints to a central location where it can be escalated and resolved. I appreciate the response that the business owner Greg left regarding my previous review. I actually had already contacted the office on several occasions given my poor results with the three occasions that I had BOTOX injections at CSI. I was told that I would be contacted personally by Noelle, the regional manager, but I never got a response from her at all.
