I do not recommend this place. I was put on some meds for hair loss that caused me to break out in hives for 2+ weeks. The dr did not tell me this was a potential symptom and when I had the hives / rashes she was unconvinced it was the medication at first and recommended for me to do biopsy plus run a bunch of blood test and follow ups… which is good for their revenues and billing but costs me a lot of money and could have totally been avoided… I would go somewhere with more knowledgeable medical professionals instead of thi... read more
Terrible Service – Avoid This Clinic! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making me wait far longer than expected without any explanation. The service was rushed and careless, and they showed little concern for patient comfort. On top of that, the communication was terrible, and I felt completely ignored when I asked questions. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
Unfortunately, my experience here was very poor. The staff was dismissive and wouldn’t allow me to fully explain my concerns, constantly interrupting me. They failed to acknowledge the issue I came in for and handled the situation with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Overall, it was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business based on the service I received.
I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful—staff repeatedly interrupted me and didn’t let me finish explaining my issue. They showed no acknowledgment of the problem I came in with and were outright rude. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this place to others.
