I cannot even begin to explain the experience that I've had at this dermatology group. All the bad reviews are true and then some. It is completely unorganized, the staff does not care about the individual patients, and they are horrible with communication. I have to Reach out to them every time with an issue that never gets resolved, And they sent my prescription to the wrong specialty pharmacy so many times, which ended Up with me paying for a prescription I could've gotten for a lot cheaper had they done their job and loo... read more

I have never written a negative review before but I feel it would be a disservice to people not to based on how bad my experience was here. Do yourself a huge favor and pick literally any other dermatology office in the city. The office was incredibly unorganized. I had the same conversation with 3 separate staff members and each time they had no idea that anyone had contacted me prior. I got called multiple times a day. One staff member was rude. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive of the patient. I had my first appointment with Dr. Kautilya on August 8. I went to seek treatment for a scar and two cysts that have formed under the scar. Dr. K told me that the cysts could be removed at no cost to me as it is a kind of procedure that would be billed to my insurance, whereas for the scar we would be able to do a (very expensive) laser treatment subsequently. Schweiger is a scam. Do not go there. After ~10 visits, it was clear the office only cares about recommending the most expensive treatment and products, and don't care at all about patient outcome. They ruined my skin by starting me on a prescription of which the dose was so high that it horrified dermatologists elsewhere I later visited. Then they scammed me into taking an expensive, painful and useless allergy test (and charged me co-pays 3 times), and pushed me to use an extremely expensive pharmacy that custom make pres... read more

Schweitzer got too big too fast. All the fancy Klara and auto AI scheduling and they still lost my chart, no record of an appointment d'or which I received no less than 7 reminders vi text and no record I had ever been seen.

I called schweiger Dermatology upper east side 5 times so far to get refills that I desperately need. No one has called me back or followed up. After my PA Shari Katz left this office can't get in touch with anyone in the office. Very disappointing! I will take my business somewhere else. You people don't care about your patients!!!!!

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but during these pandemic times totally understandable My guy Dr Icobellis has left . I was told only 2 patients were before me. Ok I was shown to a treatment room and waited 50 minutes. I walked out and was told it wouldn't be much longer. I was told 1 patient ran long. ( something somebody could have told me with an empty reception room ) 10 minutes later I asked for a refund and left. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MANY DERMATOLOGISTS TO CHOOSE FROM IN THE AREA

UPDATE: Dr Iacobelis has left. I completely wasted my time twice coming back to see another doctor. My last experience at this practice was unprofessional and disappointing. I'm not sure what it is but I asked the doctor the same question over and over and got crickets. He moved on to give me same advice he gave previous time that didn't work. He never answered my questions. I'm not sure if they are seeing too many patients but I've seen a few doctors here and the older doctors were more experienced, gave better treatment... read more

While Sari is a great provider, the office staff was horrific last night! I got there for a 650 appt which is so hard to come by. I could not even check in. Five people on line and they were still working with one person for 10 minutes trying to make her a follow up appt- honestly these people couldn't go home and make follow ups on line?? I waited a bit more. Someone even let me cut in line and the staff would not even look up..Dumb and Dumber sat at the computer trying to make an appt for this patient while the line grew. ... read more
