My entire life I've had good skin, I was blessed as a teenager who never suffered from acne. Of course you turn 30 and your body changes! Around this time last year I started having horrible breakouts around my chin area, I have such a clean diet, I wash my face regularly and could not get these spots from appearing. I love Dr. Nguyen. After years of being advised that my acne was "just stress," he took one look at me and knew I needed help. He came up with a treatment plan and after one follow-up meeting, I was given a skin care regime that I have been using for years. I drive from a distance specifically to see him and his staff. I even recommended him to my mom when she was visiting from out of state. It only took one visit for him to help her and my mom still raves about how great he is. My son had a horrible rash, no one could figure it out until we arrived here. They are very nice and most of all very professional. I recently went to see them and was treated great, they are very knowledgable and thorough!

The office is nice and so are the office staff and dermatologist. Just to bad they don't seem to know what they are doing. I went there for a procedure and they told me I just had a $30 copay for it, so I scheduled it. The doctor told me one visit would be enough. Then a month later I get $120 Bill. So I called and they dismissed the charge. So the procedure didn't work so I called again to see how much it would be and they said the $30 copay so I scheduled it again. Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, the office immaculate and nicely decorated. Dr. Nguyen clearly demonstrated that he was a physician who really cares about excellent patient care. I had a minor procedure and the lidocaine injection was absolutely painless, as was the procedure itself, which differed from the prior times I have had local anesthesia via lidocaine. I had an allergic reaction that caused a breakout. I needed to get an appointment as soon as possible, The office staff is exceptionally friendly and were able to book an appointment within 30 mins. Amazing! There was very little to no waiting time and I was in to see the doctor within 5 mins of my arrival. Incredible! The doctor was so friendly, helpful and informative. I highly recommend this practice! I will return!

I had a rash on my hand...ended up being a sunburn from having lime juice on my hand. anyways, this place is great. Dr Nguyen is great. Lots of eye contact...very engaging, and listens to everything you have to say. I wish other doctors would listen to their patient instead of ignoring them like they are short on time. His assistant that asked all the questions in the room before the Dr saw me was also great. They must have different staff than they did when the people who gave bad reviews were there. I thought the office was beautiful and clean. Very impressed with the prompt service. Dr. Nguyen answered all of my questions and gave me samples and coupons of acne medicine. I really appreciated being able to get an appointment with him right away!

The office was very clean and pleasant to be in. The nursing staff was very polite and tried to enter the answers to my questions as quickly as possible. Dr Nguyen was very friendly and kind. He was very professional in his exam, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain his concerns. I think anyone would be very pleased to be treated this way by their doctor.
