Excellent customer service which can sometimes be the deal breaker when choosing a physician. I have been a patient for 5 years and will continue dermatological care at this office.
Dr. Gandhi and Dory make a great team. They are both very caring, efficient and knowledgable. They provided me with all my options for treatment and took their time to explain what each process would be like. Thank you for a great visit.
They were so nice to me. I felt welcome the moment I walked in the door. I don't like needles and they had to remove a mole. The assistant held my hand, which was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable.
Came here to get two lipomas removed today and it went perfect. Dr. Henninger and her staff are very friendly and the office is clean. My lipomas were on the smaller side and without insurance I would've just left them untouched. I pay a premium for insurance and they cover a huge chunk of the procedure, so I decided to get them removed. Although they weren't causing any pain, I would constantly be touching them throughout the day. I have had a wart for as long as I can remember(toddler days), and I have seen countless doctors to attempt to remove the wart. I have tried freezing, surgically removing it, shaving it down, as well as different acids. None of those treatments worked for me with previous doctors. I finally decided to go to Dr.Nguyen when my hand got worst and right when he saw my hand he pinpointed every little problem. This office is beautiful! Very clean and modern. The staff were professional and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable, personable and comforting. I was referred by my primary care physician. I had no idea this group was even there. I noticed they have many services offered at the office in addition to insurance covered services and plan to check some of those services out in the future!
Both doctors and the staff here are really nice! Needed a quick fix before I went off to vacation and they were able to schedule and provide treatment for my area right away! Thanks guys!!
Dr. Henninger is knowledgeable and her bedside manner is thoughtful. She gives explanations and helpful advice and I will be returning!
This is BS, I went to here for a consultation 2 weeks ago for a zit on my face and got cortisol injection and the doctor want to do a follow up appt to make everything heal correctly and they want to charge me $70 for a follow up visit. It's wrong to my nickel and dimes patient every time you see them. If u did a procedure you shouldn't try to charge patient for a follow up. It should be more important that your procedure works on the patient or not. Because I'm not willing to pay the $70 the doctor refused to see me. That's... read more
