I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Nguyen on Friday afternoon at 3:30. I'm an hourly employee and left work early to make the appointment. Unfortunately, I hit significantly more traffic than I expected and my 30 minute drive took an hour. I called 45 mins before my appointment to let the front office know I would be there at 3:45 instead of 3:30. I've been a patient of Dr. Rubin for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Dr. Rubin and her team are incredible. They're kind, gentle, informative and very understanding. Everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses to Greg in the billing department, is wonderful! I highly recommend their services.

My daughter had a stubborn case of plantar warts. I had already taken her to her PCP twice, who tried to freeze them off. As a result, they actually got larger and more widespread. I went to see Dr. Nguyen for the first time last week because I am having a severe allergic reaction to heart medication. I was almost late because the very uninterested receptionist gave me incomplete directions, failing to simply give me the freeway exit. Very unhelpful. Dr. Nguyen came in and I explained my itchy allergic reaction and begged him for help. He didn't seem to hear me. He was there for all of 4 minutes and told me I had eczema. I DO NOT HAVE ECZEMA! I should start by saying that Dr.Nguyen is an excellent doctor. I originally went in for a rash that appeared on my face. I have been to this office about 3 times for a check up to see how my face was improving. I must say that after coming to Dr.Nguyen my complexion looks more heathy and less dry. After being prescribed different creams for said rash it went away. I'm happy that I found the solution. Upon arriving to my appt I have been seen immediately. 10 stars for the whole experience. The cleanliness of the office and the decor was very inviting. The smiles from the front desk staff and their professionalism. Dr. Rubin is a doll!! Take all your dermatology needs here. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Super nice staff and doctors! I had to bring all three of my kiddos with me the other day for an appointment and everyone is really sweet, not "stuffy" like many other high-end dermatology/ doctors offices.

Dr Nguyen is excellent! I could not give him a better review! We are SO grateful for him. He is gives us such peace of mind! He is thorough and very kind!
