My home buying experience began over a year ago with a challenging situation. I was at a job for less than two years and made the majority of my money off of bonus. Awssome experience with Scott Defrees. He was there for any and all questions at all times and provided a much better rate than anywhere else was offering. I very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. He was recommended to me by a co-worker who also got an unbelievable rate compared to other quotes and was very understanding while responding immediately to all questions. My real estate agent was even doubting that the quotes were real, but we closed and everything was as he said it would be.
Scott and my husband and and I spoke several times to explain questions/concerns we had, but for the most part did everything online. Scott was always extremely responsive regardless of the hour or day of the week. I cannot honestly think of one thing he could have done better! He truly is a professional and I would not have had him do anything different.

Was great and went the extra mile to help. Answered calls at any time to help. Also set me up with very helpful realtor. Inquired with 5 other lenders and never heard from them. Scott was the only one to reply and in a timely manor.[next day] I had a lot of obstacles in the process and he helped me overcome them all. I am extremely happy with his service.
