We recently purchased our brand new home in Randallstown, MD. We worked with Scott DeFrees and he's absolutely amazing! He answered every little inquiry that we had and we had alot of questions. Our home loan process took about 34 days from the date we signed the sales agreement till closing which includes thanksgiving holiday. It was such a fast turn around although it didn't feel like it was at that time. Scott was very communicative every step of the way - awesome customer service! We highly recommend Scott and his team!

Scott and Shannon made a great team. They contacted me immediately after I submitted an information request (unlike other lenders) and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have. Scott DeFrees and Shannon Gregory at Keystone were simply wonderful to work with & answered all my questions. I did not have a lot of equity in my home so I was paying PMI. Not only did I get great service, Scott was able to structure my refinance request so I could avoid paying PMI by contacting two lenders with one taking a first for the 80% loan to value and a second lender for the remainder.
