Due to multiple moves and the changing market we have gotten quite a number of mortgages over the years. For this refinance I contacted 3 reputable lenders; Scott's rates were the best. We had a few hiccups at the end with the bank, but they were beyond Scott's control. He was thorough and responsive and got us exactly what we wanted.
