Business response:

Missy, please send us an email about your experience so we can better understand.

The houses weren’t that scary paid almost $150 to waste time here. Came to have a good night with my family instead there was at least 1 person in each house that was on their phone, then I got yelled at by a man in another house in a way that nobody should ever speak to another he was insanely hostile and made me put my phone in my pocket. At 1st he sounded like he was acting because the theme was prison and he said “why do you have a phone, we’re not supposed to have phones” sounded like he was acting, then he continues to... read more

Pretty dissatisfied in this years visit to screamageddon. The Zombie Paintball experience was a complete rip off. A large group of us paid $20 per person for “300” rounds and one of us paid $10.95 for “100” rounds. Ammo wasn’t counted, no safety briefing, no instruction, and no trip brief. At the end of the trip we are left wondering why we didn’t just spend $10.95 for the “100” rounds and save ourselves half the money. When I brought this up to the ticket person, I was told that the paint ball guns are fully automatic and t... read more

This our third time going in five years and tonight was horrible!! We waited close to 2 hours to go in one haunted house (the first one) because they are waiting 90 seconds between groups before they let you in because of COVID! It’s an outside attraction!!! We arrived at 7:45 and they only had 2 attractions open! 5 of us just dropped $202 and we just left after only one house!! Do not recommend anyone going- waste of money! Poorly executed and you cannot sustain this attraction this way! Waste of money!

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your experiences! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we have addressed your concerns with the park management team regarding the 90 seconds in between groups.

Our family of 5 waited in line for 2 hours for one house and left. I would not recommend this.

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback! We understand the frustration with the wait times and this has been addressed with management.

I’ve been gladly spending my money here every Halloween for the past four years. This time was the only time I’ve left after only two houses! Both lines were over an hour long, the longest I’ve ever waited any year before. If you’re going to spend your money at all, buy the fast pass because they get to go first serve every time! Letting two minutes past between each group was extremely too long to wait in the general admission line. One house was completely ruined because the people in front of us had to record every singe ... read more

Dispite what we were told when we called, there were NO accomodations for the handicapped. My husband has a severe handicap which makes it very difficult for him to ambulate, even though he uses a walker. I purchased a $50 + ticket just so he could sit in the common area and enjoy the experience. When we arrived, we were told there was no handicap parking available and to "keep moving" as we were holding up the line. We spoke to 3 different people that were dfirecting traffic to see if we could at least pull up close to th... read more

Its the first time we we t there. If you give consent to be grabbed/touched then you set yourself up and it doesnt happen its a let down.. Not sure if it was covid related but there was no interaction. And the costumes were not frightening either. So much potential in the forest to be more terrified but they just moaned and growled in the cabins. I guess in short it was not scary.
