i was there for probably 4 hours and only got to do 1 house , went to the manager and they couldn’t do anything. there should definitely be a limit on how many people should go , especially with the covid stuff happening.
The actors can’t keep their hands to themselves, they can’t be professional, and they aren’t following CDC guidelines for COVID 🤷🏼♀️
It was alright... it’s not worth it to pay $60 I will say that. The lines were extremely long but that’s normal for any attraction. The only thing that was annoying was everyone smoking cigarettes while in line. They should have a smoking area and no smoking allowed in lines. Maybe it would be better to go when there is not a lot of people and you could get more interaction.
Shouldn't allow your workers or coworkers to curse and touch customers.... im very disappointed in your place of business very bad communication between security/ management when the male worker decided to be unprofessional and touch a woman while her husband was being cursed out. sad for other customers and children to see!

So we decided to go to Scream-A-Geddon: Florida's Premier Horror Park. MISTAKE. Went to our last house(prison one where others have also seemingly had issues as well in the past). A guy tried to fight two guys in my party . I have to get in between the “actor” and my boyfriend because he came at all of us including another female with us. We exited out of the emergency exit. Add more actors near concession and bathroom not just the trails/houses. More creativity needed within the trails
I just have time for 2 houses long lines no social distance smoke allowed and park was open just from 7:30 to 11pm I spent like 90 minutes in both lines
Awful! Waste of money! So disappointing. It was supposedly 50% capacity and it was jam packed and we waited 90 mins in line. We got there at 8:30 instead of 7:30 and only got to do 1 haunted house and the paintball event (which costs extra). And the haunted house we went to wasn’t that great. They give you a time slot for paintball so you think you’ll get there and go but nope...we waited. I cannot imagine what it would be like at 100% capacity.
