Had my 3 month checkup with Diana today - she's a complete professional and a delightful lady!
SRD is always on time and easy to schedule appointments. I love that Crown work is completed in one day - no return trips necessary. I have never had any problems with it fitting right the first time.
My first visit went very well. It took 90 minutes as promised and there was no waiting on anything or anyone throughout the entire duration. My visit was co-ordinated by Kate, Rebecca, Brooke, Jessica, and Dr Gupta and I could see perfect teamwork. I got re-calibrated on my dental health and am looking forward to my next visit (if you can believe that !).
The staff was both friendly from the moment I entered until the goodbye. As to professional skill it was the most thorough review, exam & cleansing I have ever had. The dentist was also the most precise & descriptive in providing the details to my treatment.
I go to the dentist regularly. However, I just tried Scripps Rock Dental for the first time. I received the best teeth cleaning ever. My teeth feel clean and look great! I even learned a new flossing technique that I had not been aware of and some general techniques to be a better brusher. The facilities are nice and clean, the staff very friendly. Scripps Rock Dental is number one in my book. The facility and equipment is state of the art. Dr. Hatch is professional and compassionate as well as personable. He is not afraid to refer his patient out when he encounters an issue in which he does not specialize. The staff is very knowledgeable and approachable as well. From the time you walk in until you leave, the service is almost spa like. The results obtained with Dr Hatch have been spectacular and I would highly recommend this practice

Rebecca was very thorough and performed the best cleaning possible. Not the easiest thing to do with braces on. I had a great experiences. Thank you !
I was very please with the staff , very sweet and carrying. Diana, was very gentle when taking X-ray and my cleaning. Jessica was great going over the different options I had paying my share of my dental treatment.
