From the moment a patient enters the reception area until the work has been completed, you feel comfortable. Everyone seems to work together to accomplish this. My doctor is wonderful.

No one is ever excited about going to the dentist, but SRD makes the experience pleasant. From the time they call you until you are heading home, staff there are friendly, helpful, kind and sincere. The office is beautiful with comfy chairs, coffee and a flat screen "aquarium". They NEVER make me wait and are always on time or early. the dental hygenists (sp) are gentle but thorough. and the dentists take the time to listen and answer any questions. They are not the least expensive place around and i lost my dental insurance... read more
Dr Hatch and his staff exhibit professionalism at all times, in a welcoming atmosphere. It's a rare instance of a small business--particularly a dental practice--where the culture appears to be completely customer-centric.
The Dental Hygenist was outstanding. The wait time was non-existent, and the entire staff was friendly as usual. P.S. love the music and posters
