Excellent customer service Brian and his team were very responsive and helpful. Buying in Seattle is tough and they were there every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.
Clear communicators We had clear information from the beginning. We knew what kind of loans we were going after, whether we would qualify for what we wanted, what documents we needed and how soon we needed to turn them around to keep the process on pace. This was a surprisingly easy process, and I believe it's all because this team at Capstone knew their stuff.
