Couldn't be happier. As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were very nervous with the home buying process. Any time we had questions about the process, we were immediately met with an informed and thorough response. All the way from our initial inquiry, through mortgage options, weekly check in's, hand off to escrow and final closure. I couldn't have asked for more. Sean Psaradelis is the best!!! Sean really cares about helping people and will always do what is right for you! We were not ready and Sean helped us come up with a plan to work towards qualifying for future loans for a new home.

Made a difficult situation look like a cake walk I had a serious of misfortunate events take place during the time we needed to move and we thought we were going to have to rent in a town were there was nothing for rent! Sean and his team somehow saved our home loan which was truly amazing and we are living in our perfect country home now. They also did our refi when it was time to take off the PMI. Thank you!!

Could not have been any easier! My husband and I had put off a refinance for a long time because we didn't want the hassle we assumed it would entail. What a pleasant surprise it was to work with Team Psaradelis! The entire process was so simple, smooth and fast. Everything was organized and explained. I would highly recommend Sean and his team to anyone who wants to purchase or refinance a home.

The best ever! Team Psaradelis was great! They were patient through all the questions that I asked them through the many phone calls. They prepared my 3rd refinance, and with the other refinances I went through and the original purchase of my home, it was by far the best experience I had. They are the only folks that I will refer my friends to for home purchase/ re-fi needs! :)

Excellent Customer Service Sean, Brian and the rest of the team at Capstone Home Loans exceeded all our expectations for what the process of buying a new home was like. They kept us up to date on every single part of the process and went out of their way to assist with our unique situation. We couldn't be happier with the customer service! We even closed a week early!!! We will definitely be keeping in touch when we are ready to make changes in our future.

Hardworking and great communication The Psaradelis Team is amazing to work with. They communicated each step and gave us information in a way that we understood all aspects of our refinance. The refinance was timely and very easy for us. They worked hard for us and gave several options with pros and cons for each so that we could make an informed decision that worked for us.
