Excellent Customer Service Sean, Brian and the rest of the team at Capstone Home Loans exceeded all our expectations for what the process of buying a new home was like. They kept us up to date on every single part of the process and went out of their way to assist with our unique situation. We couldn't be happier with the customer service! We even closed a week early!!! We will definitely be keeping in touch when we are ready to make changes in our future.

Hardworking and great communication The Psaradelis Team is amazing to work with. They communicated each step and gave us information in a way that we understood all aspects of our refinance. The refinance was timely and very easy for us. They worked hard for us and gave several options with pros and cons for each so that we could make an informed decision that worked for us.

Trustworthy professionals These guys are the rare real deal. They were trustworthy, knowledgable advisors that helped us secure a purchase in a very competitive market. I have referred my own clients to them and will continue to do so for sure. Response time and advice they offer are outstanding. They made sure to help us use a loan product that is comfortable for our own situation and gave us all the options to consider. They made sure we understood the deal we closed on before making their recommendation.

Tremendous dedication The Psaradelis Team were awesome. The worked hard to make sure our loan was finalized. Their dedication to the process is what got us our loan. Hassel free and ease of service Sean was extremely professional and very easy to work with. It had been a while since I had to go through a loan process for a house and working with Sean made the terrifying process of acquiring a loan very easy. He was straight forward and weren't afraid to tell you what was possible and what wasn't. In the end my interest rate was a little higher than expected but they explained why it was the best rate that I qualified for at the present time. Informative and Timely It's been several years since we purchased property. I was amazed at how complicated the process has become. Sean and Brian and Team Psaradelis were great! They kept us informed, reminded us of deadlines, and when glitches happened they were right there to help us navigate "troubled waters" and find solutions. They were great.
