Knowledgable, professional and truthful Sean helped us navigate our unusual situation. We sold our condo and it was scheduled to close a couple of weeks after our home purchase was scheduled to close. The timing was a little off. So Sean figured a way that when the condo closed, we could take the proceeds and pay down (recast) the new home loan. For $150, our house payment was recast from over $1,500/month down to $130/month, without going through the whole loan process again. Thank you Sean!
