We had a few very minor issues when we got there. They responded immediately and did anything to resolve them. Even having maintenance come out on a Sunday afternoon to bring an HDMI cord so we can watch movies. Location was perfect the price point was excellence.

They were very friendly and helpful when I talked to them on the phone. The house was just as described and very clean. Plenty of fun things to do near the house. Loved the community pool that was avaliable for us to use. Would definitely use Seaside Vacations again.....

I have rented from Seaside Vacations in the Outer Banks for the last 5 years. They have been excellent to work with and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I have renewed the same oceanfron condo 4 years and a oceanfront house the other year due to a larger group. Both places have been well maintained, perfect locations and I have enjoyed my time at then each year. I highly recommend Seaside.

We used Seaside Vacations this year to rent our beach house for our annual family vacation. Boy, we were not disappointed! We arrived at Majestic Sunsets the first evening, and walked through the house exclaiming how clean and big it was. After "claiming" our personal bedrooms, we got together in the kitchen/living area, with everyone chattering about what a great house we found! Without a doubt the best company we've had when renting vacation homes. Keyless entry, the cleanliness of the beach house upon arrival, the pre-arrival groceries in our fridge. Just awesome. Upon check in we had a thank you note from the owner along with post cards, Seaside vacations left us an awesome beach bag and a slick hat that I've been wearing daily since I got back. We stayed at the Bacon House in early June. IT was very comfortable and spacious for the six adults in our party. We found the house very clean and had enough towels to go around. The DVD was missing, but as soon as I emailed Seaside, they were there to provide a brand new DVD player. The location was perfect--only a couple blocks from the beach.
