I a storage unit here the other day a David and Corey help me out gave me a really great deal for my first month and the monthly is not bad. Huge facility, clean and the people who work here are great.
We've been storing our stuff here for 4 years while we live in Hawaii and have always had excellent customer service! Jordan was especially helpful when we finally cleaned out our storage unit for good! I recommend StorAmerica, it's safe, gated and has very competent employees!

Convient location. Reasonable rates. New owners upgrading facility. I have been renting here for several months and happy customer so far.

So i was looking for a storage and ive been driving by this storage for a while now. I noticed it change to a different owner. So i went ahead and checked it out. Originally, this was going to be a one star review. It has gotten to a 3, (i.e. OK, but not great), because of the new manager. She seems quite customer service and quality oriented, and from her actions today, seems conscientious and wants to do a good job. I'm going to give her and StorAmerica a chance, as StorAmerica just took over management, and they haven't had a chance to improve the property, and get their systems fully debugged. My husband got a storage unit for work items a week ago. One week ago! And today he went to drop some things off and found his lock missing, along with thousands of dollars worth of work equipment. Police are involved, but the employee looked at footage and was able to see that someone broke in on Sunday. Took some items and then came back Tuesday with a U-Haul to take bigger items. So why was my husbands unit the only one that got hit? How did someone know 4 days after moving items in to break in and take stuff?! This is ... read more
have held a unit at this facility for 7+ years, rent increases every 6 months. finally decided to get a smaller unit to save some money. didn't notice that it had no way to turn the light on (bulb but no pull chain), when i inquired about it, i was told they had "no obligation to provide light as it encourages loitering" (what?!?!) but i was welcome to "REPAIR IT MYSELF" (wtf! sure, i would LOVE to electrocute myself!), same employee is always rude and condescending when speaking, makes every issue seem like it's my problem... read more
