I a storage unit here the other day a David and Corey help me out gave me a really great deal for my first month and the monthly is not bad. Huge facility, clean and the people who work here are great.Â
We've been storing our stuff here for 4 years while we live in Hawaii and have always had excellent customer service! Jordan was especially helpful when we finally cleaned out our storage unit for good! I recommend StorAmerica, it's safe, gated and has very competent employees!Â
Convient location. Reasonable rates. New owners upgrading facility. I have been renting here for several months and happy customer so far.Â

So i was looking for a storage and ive been driving by this storage for a while now. I noticed it change to a different owner. So i went ahead and checked it out. Originally, this was going to be a one star review. It has gotten to a 3, (i.e. OK, but not great), because of the new manager. She seems quite customer service and quality oriented, and from her actions today, seems conscientious and wants to do a good job. I'm going to give her and StorAmerica a chance, as StorAmerica just took over management, and they haven't had a chance to improve the property, and get their systems fully debugged.
