JOSIE IS THE ASSOCIATE TO SEE!!! Moving is always difficult and I was full of anxiety thinking of my impending divorce and moving my ENTIRE LIFE into storage. Josie calmed my nerves and assured me that my moving transition would be easier than I imagined. I was shown MULTIPLE UNITS and never felt like I was being rushed or a nuisance. I truly appreciate all of the associates at this location but Josie deserves a special shout out for IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and understanding customer needs.

We went in for a storage and the customer service rep Josie was so helpful. She was knowledgeable about the different sizes of units . She made sure we were comfortable with what we chose. The units were very clean . Im impressed with the service.

I a storage unit here the other day a David and Corey help me out gave me a really great deal for my first month and the monthly is not bad. Huge facility, clean and the people who work here are great.
We've been storing our stuff here for 4 years while we live in Hawaii and have always had excellent customer service! Jordan was especially helpful when we finally cleaned out our storage unit for good! I recommend StorAmerica, it's safe, gated and has very competent employees!

Convient location. Reasonable rates. New owners upgrading facility. I have been renting here for several months and happy customer so far.
The young lady I dealt with was top notch. Looks like a well kept facility, close to home and people all seem cool, what more do you need......

So i was looking for a storage and ive been driving by this storage for a while now. I noticed it change to a different owner. So i went ahead and checked it out. A gentlemen Ajay i think he said his name, inside was working by himself, very funny dude was joking around. I asked him what the special was and gave me a pretty good price. Originally, this was going to be a one star review. It has gotten to a 3, (i.e. OK, but not great), because of the new manager. She seems quite customer service and quality oriented, and from her actions today, seems conscientious and wants to do a good job. I'm going to give her and StorAmerica a chance, as StorAmerica just took over management, and they haven't had a chance to improve the property, and get their systems fully debugged.
