Horrible experience! Property stolen in here. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. 1 star is still to much for the distress this place has caused our family. Our big tex trailer was stolen from here! We paid for a parking spot at this facility StorAmerica on federal blvd. We had our trailer there several years! Well in December my dad put things in the trailer including hundreds of dollars worth of tools and a aluminum boat. The rent continues to go up !! And this time with no notice !! I should have known when when every three months the same letter would come ' we are raising prices ' and would go up $5-8 but then I get hit with a $10 increase and no letter stating why. Ridiculous when we are in a pandemic and people are out of work that they feel need to raise prices so often

If you are looking for people to answer the phone and the office to be open.... NOPE, NOPE, NOPE! Very frustrating trying to get into my unit, it was actually a horrible experience of coming to the office 4 times and it being closed. I paid a week in advance and trying to get a key to my unit was nothing less than pulling teeth, Horrific! Thankful for Daniel who was a rock star and actually provided great customer service. The whole reason a picked this place was for the moving truck. Which is broken. Also be prepared to go down some steps with the dolly because apparently that's a thing there. Moving sucks to begin with, you made it hella a lot harder on me.. thankss -_-

Actually when I made the last payment I changed the phone number to reflect my new number. No one called no one left a message no one notified me. I mean if I paid a few months I understand but I've been paying for years even before store America taking over this location. We rented a small unit to put furniture in it for 2 months. I state that timeframe because you would expect to have no changes in your unit such as tons of rat waste and rat urine! Really disgusting and glad we got out of there quickly.

I have had my unit for a little over a year and they raised the price on me twice. Both times I was not aware. I make automated payments and I see charges and have to call them to ask why am I being charged more. Terrible company. They raised it this month, April 2020 yes during quarantine due to COVID 19!!!!! I called them twice now and left a message for call back to speak to someone. No one has called back yet. Phone rings and rings. I'm a current tenant and I'd like to pay my rent. You'd think store America would like money.

My unit was broken into, my boxes rifled through and my stuff stolen. I was with the previous company and had rolled over into StorAmerica. Although I was not happy with the raise in rent, I understood that is what happens with a new company. HOWEVER, if I pay so much for the security and storage of my items I EXPECT to get that!
