This facility has raised the rent twice within a 7 month period from $90 per month up to $180 per month. This was after they told us the rent would NOT change! What BS. I'm leaving as soon a possible. Stay away from this place for lots of reasons as noted in other reviews. I still don't believe anyone would give this business any more than 1 star.

Much better option are to be found. We just moved out of here to a Cadillac place for the same price per square foot. Where do I start, we were here for 4 years, and then for several years before that with a gap. The place has degraded after the new owners. So dirty you would not believe. They are now closed on holidays, and shorter hours per day. They raised the rent by $100, to improve cleanliness, but it is foul. The offices that are located over top of this place have by far the nastiest bathrooms ever with roaches I was so disgusted I had to drive all the way to jack in the box to use the restroom smh. Wow BEWARE! (Update) this owner wrote me back saying the restrooms are cleaned daily that the nastiness is due to foot traffic but that's untrue I was there 3 days in a row for me and my families taxes so no that's how this bathroom and this building always are. These restrooms are cleaned daily, but due to the heavy foot traffic by the office tenants and customers, it can affect the restroom cleanliness. I had my stuff stored there temporarily and the unit was broken into. They have no cameras on that hallway which is hard to believe but ok. I filed a police report did what I was told to do, this was back in November 2017 and its now May 31st 2018 and still have not received my money for the stolen property. I call once a month to check up on the status and all they can tell me is "we have called corporate and they will follow up with you." I had been at this storage location for almost 2 years and all was ok but as soon as it changed ownership it became a nightmare! Mainly by an Employee Kristen was the most difficult and worst customer service person to speak with and very condescending. It was as if she was doing me a favor for doing business with this place?! Several issues first rate were increased due to their change of ownership and I was never notified. I do not recommend. I called four days in a row to make a payment and move my things out, they never called me back although she said she did. so conveniently when I called for the fifth time on the 16th, I was a day late and now have to pay for the month plus a late fee and can not get my property unless i pay. The manager lied about leaving a message there's no way unless she called the wrong number. which I should be be penalized for her mistake.
