The facility is very clean, accessible, and easy to use. The staff is great. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need storage. Also, for move-in ask about borrowing the truck. It was easy and really helped.
Super helpful, managers knowledgeable and prompt! Made a move from Miami to DC so easy. I will see the facility in person finally in July. I’m sure it will be super clean! Will use again.
Security Storage could not have provided a better experience. The staff as a whole is knowledgeable and there was always a manager on duty and always three staff persons on duty at any given time. Unfortunately I visited Security Storage at a frustration with the poor service I received at their competition. I'm lucky I did not give up before finding them.
