Moving is always a stressful event , it was nice to have such caring customer service and make the process just a little easier and put my mind at ease that my belongings will be in good hands. I had a great experience and highly recommend security public storage!

Great storage place..its da best i ever used...great customer service...
I’m disappointed in how SPS handles any communication. I’ve run into multiple issues regarding being notified of rent increases or change of units. Rent was increased about twice or three times for me across 3 different site managers and I was only notified once in writing. The other times, I am told over the phone when I’m about to pay. I was told recently when this happened that I should see about my mail service but I get my other mail regularly, so that doesn’t make sense.
