ever since they change owners today I had one of the worst experiences not only did they try to intimidate me but at one point made me afraid had me in a long hallway by myself with him and continued to talk to me in a manner that was rude and disrespectful along with the body language

RecommendedWe are fortunate enough to have a large unit, right up front... convenient for us to get to, and within eye-sight of the office. I like that in a Unit. We've had great luck with Security, much better than our old place, that was renting units for the homeless to live in, overnight... Not keeping our belongings secure or the facility clean. There's a reason we've stayed here for >18 months so far, we feel we can trust them with our belongings!
unprofessional, allow people's things to get stolen then blame it on the person who stole it. will not apologize or make things right when things are stolen. do not use them, I do not recommend.
