They allowed my unit to be robbed. Years of memories gone. My son's artwork from when he was pre-k. Ultrasound pictures. Family heirlooms. Their story is fishy as hell. Mine was the only unit robbed. They claim a woman verbally identified herself as me and had a key. Regional manager confirms no id was asked for or provided even though the alarm was triggered. They will raise your prices, not send reminders, give you major attitude and even when you pay your payment it takes days to come out.

I have had problems with the Manager, Shane at this location. In my opinion he lacks any customer service skills, so if you have a problem... good luck. Also, the mobile app for this company does not allow you to enable recurring monthly automatic payments. In addition, there is no corporate representation if you search on their site. There is no corporate central telephone number to help with problems. Only an online email page. I ended up calling another branch of their storage business to try and get some help.
