RecommendedOverall I can recommend the quality you should expect from this storage facility, but any potential customer should be aware of a few caveats. In my opinion the prices have risen higher than the area's actual inflation rate over the last 5 years to a point I think would be mostly considered unreasonable, but that is not fault of the staff or the onsite management. Fantastically central/accessible location in the city. Very secure and well managed, and the friendly staff knows all the neighbors. Great little art gallery in the bathroom, too! 😁

Securing clean, safe, and accessible storage in SF isn't for the faint of heart, to say the least. Charles was incredibly helpful from my very first inquiry, and it's obvious he cares deeply about his job and his customers. Maybe not the cheapest deal in town, but so worth it to know that someone actually cares about your property and about delivering excellent customer service.
