Always so clean inside and out. Lights always work. The last few times I have visited there has been a dolly that was quite useful as I have indoor storage. Hope it stays there. Thanks for the great service.
This is yet the most respectful loving caring and understanding storage place in Fresno so far for me. They have good customer service very professional very understanding very clean and very safe place to storage your things.. 🙂
Sonya was very sweet and helpful. Needed a unit quick and she wasn’t at all pushy with trying to get me to use their unit. They also contracting with windscape apartments, their neighboring business, which came at a discount for a few months. Hope this is helpful if you plan to move in or out of those apartments!
Absolutely love this place. As a Real Estate Stager, I rent units here and it is always safe and clean. The women who run the front desk are so wonderful to work with. It is awesome that they now have Uhauls for rent on site. Makes my staging days so much easier to have my inventory on site with the trucks. I only wish management wasn’t so uptight about leaving your vehicle when you rent a Uhaul for the day. It makes it difficult to have to get a ride. Penske allows it. Great service and friendly staff! The storage unit is always clean. Safe environment. Definitely recommend renting.
They have just the right size unit for me and the price is competitive. The facility is clean, rodent-free, well-organized and the personnel are always helpful. They have free carts to move things from your vehicle to your storage unit. That's very helpful especially when going up the elevator. All supplies you'll need are in the office.
Have been using storage for our business for over 2 years and have not had an issue with anything. Feel SPS is secure and well maintained. Outside areas are kept clean as well.
Moon is the best, always a pleasure helping with the trucks and the storage units.
