I’ve used several storage facilities through the years and SPS at the NW Portland location is the best of my experiences to date. There is ample room to park so that you don’t feel crowded and blocked in or blocking someone in just because more than 2 people showed up at the same time. Separate auto entrance gate and exit gate is also helpful. Good choices of unit sizes for the perfect fit. New place so clean and nice. This storage has 24 hour security camera all over the place Besides being clean and orderly, the staff like John Garcia is very helpful and attends to your needs . This place is very accessible..in and out without any hassle. I strongly recommend this place and will stay as customer as long as I needed it.
Spring of this year was my first experience in renting off site storage as my family was preparing to sell our home of 23 years and remove excess belongings and furnishings. Little did we know we would be needing TWO storage units, even after selling, donating and dumping a substantial amount of our furnishings. I have been storing extra stuff here for the past ten years, and I love this place. Ric and Layla are great, and the place is always clean and well-lit when I arrive at my unit. They also make it easy to pay over the phone each month, if you are not doing an automatic payment.
