My third time renting a unit here over the years and I'm always very happy with it. Friendly and professional staff, safe and secure with no history of break-ins. Competitive pricing, clean and convenient.
I really appreciate all the help Carlos has given me! I rented a unit from California, and Carlos was very helpful in getting the right unit at the right price. There are no hidden fees like many other storage companies, and I can cancel at anytime with no fees. It's a convenient location off the Fremont Bridge with easy access, and the extra security at this facility is great. Having out trailer stored there for over the year, I have found the customer service outstanding and the property safe and clean. I would defiantly recommend it as a place to keep a camper, trailer or boat.
I highly recommend Security Storage. While many local storage facilities have had problems with break-ins, I haven't heard of any here. The management is professional; the rates are reasonable; and there is management on-site, in case of emergencies.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager took extra time to help me find a smaller unit when I was ready to downsize. When I exclaimed how thirsty I was after moving some boxes, she directed me to filtered water in the lobby. Wanda Malik was a great help this most recent time I visited my five year old storage unit at San Ramon, CA. It is a once a year visit, and always the storage facilities are clean and cool and the staff helpful. I have had a storage unit at Security Public Storage for 6 years. They have always been very professional and helpful. The few occasions that I have forgotten to pay the rental fee, they have actually called me to remind me that the rental fee was due the next day before I accrued any late fees. It is a fantastic place to store your stuff.
