Always friendly and efficient. Clean and organized. Able to be in and out quickly which is so helpful.
After searching the Modesto and Riverbank area for decent place to store my extra things while redoing my garage I came upon this storage facility that fit all my needs. Security Public Storage offered Security, a clean storage unit and a move-in monthly price that I could not pass up. The Staff here is professional, knowledgeable and down to earth pleasant, I love this place, come on in and give them a try.
Best place to keep you belongings fairly priced go in and out as you please within the time. Great customer service makes you feel really welcomed

I am hard to please so when I rate something it is the best!!!! When I went called by phone to get info on a self storage the employee's were very courteous and very professional and I am a long winded person and a retired banker and they were so patient with me. I was very impressed with each of them. I have a self storage and the place is kept clean. From a one to ten I give them a ten. In addition to that they are very helpful.
Hi have been 2 years with sps and I have experienced the best service always and the main thing is they will always go out of their way to help you in any way possible and I am really saying it about Rob he’s the best a keeper in this place h
The only storage facility I would recommend and use in Manteca, Ca. I previously used Security Public Storage for 7 months. During that time I received excellent customer service and zero complaints on the facility itself. I recently moved and needed to rent a storage again so I immediately called Security Public Storage, the front desk is so friendly, helpful, and outgoing over the phone and in person. I love that each unit has a password to enter/exit the gated facility and unarm/arm each unit.
