Sarah is amazing and super helpful. We came here on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at our storage options. She showed us the facility and recommended a storage size based on our needs. Facility is clean and super secure.

There are a LOT of storage facilities in the area, and I called a bunch of them. But Security Public Storage in El Sobrante/San Pablo far outpaced the others, first and foremost, with excellent customer service. And I know that sounds cliche, but they are really genuinely friendly! They explained all about the available units clearly and concisely, no hidden fees, and they even had homemade chocolate chip cookies in the office! (That might have sold me! We have been using this facility for about six years now. The staff is so polite and helpful. The area is always spotless, I have never seen any garbage around. The entire space is under security so I always feel safe. I highly recommend this facility!!

I like this storage place is very nice the people are always friendly and the place is kee clean and I had an emergency and needed to rush to the storage and the people where so nice to stay open.
