My experience here has been great. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and very punctual. The facility is always clean and secure. Keep in mind it is located in a rougher part of sacramento so coming alone might not be the best idea. I've been here a few times alone (not the wisest choice on my part) but there are a few transients that store their stuff here but they do keep to themselves as I've witnessed. It's very quiet also.

This storage has heated units and a security gate. The staff has been enjoyable to work with. They are nice and friendly. If you are looking for a good storage unit this is place to be.
Good place, Helpful office staff and for sure the best place for storage units. Easy for customers to go to their storage unit.
Pros: polite and competent staff, decent storage area Cons: significantly more expensive than other storage facilities in the area; cannot access stored things after 9 PM.
If you need a storage unit then this is the place you want to rent from. The units are clean and the property is excellently maintained. It is well lit, No weeds, no trash cans for people to dump their junk and even better...no creeps hanging out! I feel safe being alone in my unit at night and the security system is excellent so I know my things are safe too ����!
