I've only had a few experiences with storage companies in general, but my rental with Security Public Storage went great. Convenient, affordable and convenient location.
I have done storage before and they are all basically like they say, "secure and safe". However...these people are down to earth patient and always trying to accommodate any need you might have. They like sharing ways to save on your monthly bill. They are always there for you and answer the phone timely. Just like family.
I had a lot of questions regarding the facility and units for long term usage and they were very patient and helpful.
There is nothing negative I can ever say about this place, since the day I walked in you can feel the positive energy. The employees are very professional and caring. I am going to miss Sarah and Sau but am happy for them on their new adventure. The East coast is very lucky to have them! Thank you SPS for always excelling in customer service!!
