The Glendora location is great! Prices are low, and security is high! I personally love how Tailgating is not allowed! Staff is very helpful. A couple of downsides: driveways are very narrow and it's inconvenient when the units are inaccessible on Holidays. Also, I wish loyal customers would be entitled to the 50% discounts on new units.
I have had my things stored there for four years now. I cannot say enough about the service and the way Penny and Melissa treat you. The place is always clean and I personally have had no problems. I would highly recommend this place for storing your things. they will be safe there
This is the first time I've needed storage since I moved from home. I can't say enough about how nice the two sisters are and the customer oriented service. They helped me get right into a unit ( I needed one fast) and then even negotiated and got me a better price for a bigger unit! The units are clean and nice. This is the most popular storage facility in the Richmond area. the security is monitered 24 hours a day, the staff is excellent, the premises is very clean and so are the units, they have all sizes to fit your need, I would recommend thsi facility to anyone. J.C.Evans .
The people there are very, very nice. The hours are great. They send you a bill every month. The keep it very clean. I feel safe when I am there.
