They have always worked with my unit for a long time. They understand your situation, they bend over backwards to make sure that your unit doesn't go into AUCTION, if it comes to that point. I'm glad I chose Security Public Storage in El Sobrante, CA to store my belongings. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I don't remember the name of the lady who set up my account, but she went the extra mile to make sure my account was set up properly. What had happened was, I didn't realize the storage unit I picked was too small until I arrived back with my belongings. It was almost closing time, but she made sure I had a larger unit before she started with her process to close down the facility for the day.... read more
