This place is wonderful...they have excellent staff especially Joanna. I highly recommend this place its safe, well lit and they have a friendly staff to help you with just about everything you need to store your stuff. They are warm and caring.
I have had a unit here for a few years and have been happy the entire time. The couple who run the establishment are always helpful and friendly. The units themselves are clean and easily accessible. I would recommend to a friend.
When I moved to Frederick 4 months ago, I needed a place to store all of my things while waiting for our house to be built. We visited several storage units which, although nice, didn't seem to match the rental price they were asking. That is until we found Security Public Storage. Their rental rates are amazing and storage units are so clean. Let me start out by saying one thing, I love this place. I was in a tough spot and I needed to get out of my house in the next 48 hours but I had so much stuff and so few helpers i knew it was going to take way longer then the time I had. Great storage units. Friendly staff. Safe and secure units.
I've been storing my items at SPS for years. It's convenient to me, the management are friendly and honest people, and the facility is very clean and kept up nicely. Most of all, I feel safe when I visit, and well as feeling confident that my items are secure in the units I have. ~Charla E.
I have seen more modern facilities, but for an older facility, it is pretty nice. They have recently installed new security entrance number pads that can be reached from the car instead having to get out of the car to open the gate.
