RecommendedMy boyfriend & I have been renting with them for a month now and so far we've loved it. We love how easy it is to work with them. We mostly deal everything with Kayla (suuuppper awesome by the way). We even won their February basket raffle � on top of having awesome customer service they even gift their renters. We would really recommend going to public security storage if you're looking to rent!
From the start, this storage facility and the managers have been great and very helpful. The location and hours are convenient, and it is always very clean. Have had no concerns about security, and it is reassuring that the managers live on site. You also receive your own PIN to access the gate which turns on and off the alarm for your unit.

A few days ago I received a letter letting me know that the storage facility that I rent a unit from was under new management and that I needed to stop in and sign new lease agreements. Yesterday I stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting the new staff. They were all very polite, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. This is a big change from the previous management. I asked a few policy questions, signed my lease, and was in and out quickly and efficiently.
Every one here is super helpful- Dwayne is great
