Easy to get to, very helpful managers, no "up sell" for a larger storage unit. Highly recommended.

The Security Public Storage facility in Brea, CA on Apollo Street is a clean, well-kept and secure storage area. The operators are extremely helpful in explaining the different size units available, what to expect once you decide to keep your items in this facility, and how to access your items. I showed up the day before I needed a storage unit, not because I am completely unorganized but because the brand new EZ stroage in Reston would not allow my freight truck on their property overnight. The managers Patrick and Diane were AMAZING to say the least. They worked with me to choose the right unit, they allowed the truck overnight, they offered advice about several other miscellaneous things I had questions about in the area, and most importantly, they worked to match the price that I was quoted at the other unit.
