I am glad I decided to store my stuff at security public storage the lady there was very patience when I was telling her about my situation on why I was having trouble paying my bill. She helped me understand the policies and help me decide on how I was going to get it all paid. Thank You Lorraine
I am very satisfied with the service I've received from Security Public Storage. I feel safe when I'm on the grounds and the staff is very nice. They provide dollies and carts that can be used by customers to transport their belongings in and out of the storage facility. This is especially helpful for me because I have a physical disability and cannot lift and carry heavy things. The facility is open 7 days a week so access is very easy. We have been customers of Security Public Storage since 2004. If safety and security are a priority to you, as they are to me then I can highly recommend this self-storage facility to you. Our belongings have never recieved any loss of any kind or damage due to the elements of the weather. Most importantly though is the quality of the staff. I have been doing business with Security Public Storage since July of this year. At first, I was skeptical about safety on the premises and about the maintenance of my personal effects. I have been more than satisfied so far. Customer service is first rate; safety is no problem as I visit my space anytime, day or night seven days a week. My effects are still safely stored. The staff is always courteous, helpful and considerate. I will recommend this business to any person looking for a storage facility in the area.
Security Public Storage has been very fair with me. With a full security system and someone always on site, the place is pretty secure. I would recommend the facility.
Storage facilities are not all alike. I have rented spaces in a couple before I found Security Public Storage. What I found here was a secure, safe, convenient, clean, competitively priced, well-managed property with professional, helpful managers and staff. I have been at this storage place for 4 months now and am very pleased with the service. The staff made it very easy to start out there and they make very nice reminders when i forget to pay my rent. :) So, i am very happy here and intend to stay where i know my belongings will be in good hands.
