Long term storage customer. Facility is well lit in the evening; allows me to feel safe after office hours. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Rates are below area competitors even after reasonable annual increase$.
We've used SPS off and on for long and short term storage over six years and we have always had a great experience.The current owners are just as courteous, helpful and friendly as the owners in 2009. The rates are still affordable and the units are well maintained. We used to live two blocks away from them when we first started our storage experience. Best storage facility in central Contra Costa County. Most units have direct access to their doors and ALL units are on the first floor. Facility is super clean. Staff/management is super friendly and extremely helpful. Conveniently close to Hwy 4. The access hours are the best in the area, 6am to 10pm, I think.
I highly recommend Security Public Storage for their friendly service and support. I have always found the facility clean and very well kept. Never had any issue with the service, feel more then safe having our belongings stored there. I have been a customer for over six years and will always continue to use them as need for any of my storage needs. From the start, this storage facility and the managers have been great and very helpful. The location and hours are convenient, and it is always very clean. Have had no concerns about security, and it is reassuring that the managers live on site. You also receive your own PIN to access the gate which turns on and off the alarm for your unit.
I helped a friend of mine move her stuff to this facility. The staff was very nice and professional. They keep a very clean facility. We did not have any problems with the keypads and my friends' unit was very clean.
This facility is clean and well organized. No problems with the keypads and gate for entry and exit. The staff are always friendly and approachable. We got an odd-shaped unit that gives us a little more space than the standard unit of that size. Overall, highly recommended.
Security Public Storage is clean, safe, secure and convenient. The staff lives onsite and has security cameras. Law enforcement officers even store their stuff here. The managers were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They even told us how we could save money on the first 3 months. I would highly recommend Security Public Storage to everyone!!!
