Staff is awesome love there customer service. I looooove how understanding they are when it was tough times. It's high on security and great customer service. I lost my lock or key multiple times and they slice it off for free. Awesome

I'm still with this storage and giving them a good review,Richard and Channel are very helpful and right on track with all your needs,well kept and clean facility.
Hayward facility is much better to compare other storage facilities. Will recommend to anyone this facility.
Managers are always friendly and helpful. They have good security at this place.
I have been using them for almost 10 years and it's been good. Their prices are still good compared to other places.
