I've known of SPS for 17 years, as my best friend introduced me and i have personally been a tenant now for nearly five years. The facility is well-run, clean and convenient - right off of the Highway 101. The prices are competitive, especially given that most other facilities aren't nearly as nice overall. Terri is amazing, she is so helpful and actually cares about the customers and you can tell just about people in general. She is always finding ways to help and make things work rather than explaining what she "can't do" or "isn't allowed" to do. This facility is top notch. I highly recommend it to everyone. The prices are good, the facility is very clean, I feel my unit is very secure, easy access in and out, close to freeway, but most of all the service and staffing is outstanding. The ladies in the office go out of their way to accommodate you. When I down sized after a lengthy time, they found me exactly what I wanted at the price I needed. The ladies are always upbeat and positive. It is always a pleasure to work with them.
The team at this location is super service oriented and helpful! They keep the facility clean and safe. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professionally managed storage facility.
I came here in a Crunch because I was moving unexpectedly and had little time. Basically they had the size I needed available. I could have moved to another facility closer to me since but I just love the management here. The ladies are literally the nicest people! They treat you like family and are so considerate. They keep the place looking great. It doesn't seem like a dead abandoned row of garages like other facilities. Storage units are clean and premises as well. Truly the only bill I enjoy going in to pay!
I recommend this Security Public Storage facility without hesitation. Great managers, a reliable and superbly run operation. Thankful to be able to have found them!
