Upgrade to Certified Used Tahoe David Maus Chevy uses a one-two punch in their sales. They pair you up with a sales associate (good cop) from the very beginning. The sales associate paired with me was great! She was very friendly and helpful start to finish. To close the deal, they have the closer (bad cop) come by to start the negotiations. I personally wasn't affected by this method (even liked it a bit), but I can see how some people may think it is pushy. At the end of the day I got a good deal on a great vehicle.
