I drove onto the lot at David Maus Chevrolet after visiting a nearby competitor. I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service and decided I would take my business elsewhere. This dealership is VERY Customer service oriented. It was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out in my new vehicle. They truly did "whatever it took" to earn my business. They answered questions truthfully and promptly. They gave me a tour of their entire dealership. My wife and I purchased our first ever new car from David Maus Chevrolet in April. The dealership had only been open one week, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful, making it seem like they had been open for years. Our salesperson, Gary, was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle availability and purchasing process. The sales manager was able to come down to what we thought was a fair price as well as making a fair offer on our trade. I would be happy to do business with them again.
I ve been to several Chevrolet dealers in the past and have had not so pleasant experiences with them. I can truly say that David Maus Chevrolet has been the best dealership ive ever gone to since ive started driving chevrolet cars back in 2001. Their customer service was excellent and they are very helpful towards keeping you informed about the issues with the car along with resolving them with a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that owns or wants a chevrolet.

Had never visited this dealership but had done a lot of research on exactly what I wanted and was well prepared for my visit. They treated me with the utmost respect and within 90 minutes we had agreed on a deal.
